My index card

On my bulletin board, above my desk, is an index card with Matthew 11:28-30 written on it. It's a good reminder for when life is a little too stressful. Not to sound alarming, but the card has gotten a lot of use lately and I'm glad it's there.

Come to me, all who are weary and heavy-laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart; and you shall find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my load is light.
