This is a short week for us. We are leaving on Thursday for our Thanksgiving which will take us to the Pacific Northwest for several days. Until then, we do have company (yay!) for a couple of days. I also made a spinach quiche for breakfast today (more on that later) and Joe made an awesome chocolate cake for us to nibble on.
Monday: chicken curry with jasmine rice
Tuesday: beef and noodles with homemade rolls
Wednesday: pizza
