I. Can't. Breathe. I started looking at condos yesterday and it's so scary (and exciting) to think of this whole process and concept. It's also extremely confusing. And math is not my strong point either. Sometimes I don't like being a grown up...wouldn't life be so much easier if someone else would just do all of this for me? Or if I could rely on someone else to help make the decisions? Nope, it's just me and I feel extremely stressed today.

I can understand what you're going through, Amy. The grown-up world is SO not fun when you're dealing with something new. But after this you'll have buying a condo under your belt!
Good luck! I can't wait to hear how it all turns out. I hate real estate dealings. They always make you think there are about 80 other people interested in the house you want. Remember to check out the area where I used to live! I loved living there!
